Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Payments may be made via our secure payment link. Late amounts may accrue statutory default interest under German law. Work may pause on accounts more than 14 days overdue.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public business information shared during the engagement and use it only to perform the work.

8. Liability and termination

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. You may terminate for material breach with a 14-day cure period; we will invoice work completed to the termination date. Governing law: Federal Republic of Germany, with mandatory consumer protections unaffected. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available, though we prefer direct resolution via [email protected].
